Our Chickpeas grown on our family farm are sun dried and machine harvested.
Once soaked our chickpeas have a creamy texture and a nutty flavour.
Chickpeas are certainly a versatile ingredient perfect for hummus, salads, vegetarian cooking or an accompaniment with slow cooked meats.
